About this role
Role Overview
- Support Cyber Security Analysts and Architects in the ongoing development of CSOC services
- Actively participate in coordinating tasks within program management and focus groups
- Analyze existing processes and develop proposals to optimize internal security processes
- Serve as the central contact for internal service optimizations related to SOC topics and support the team and customers with current developments and projects
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, a degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure fundamentals
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and the main Microsoft Cloud Security solutions, particularly Advanced Threat Protection products
- Enthusiasm for technical topics and cloud solutions in IT security
- Fluent German and English
