About this role

Manage selected clients and collaborate with their security teams
Review current incidents and propose improvements to detections based on KQL
Take responsibility for client security and provide regular updates on emerging threats

Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification
Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure fundamentals
Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and core Microsoft Cloud Security solutions, especially Advanced Threat Protection products
Enjoy diving into technical topics
Interest in new technologies and cloud solutions in IT security beyond the Microsoft ecosystem
Ability to communicate and operate effectively in German and English within the cloud security domain
