Developing, executing, and optimizing a multi‑channel social media strategy that strengthens brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports organizational goals.
Managing day‑to‑day content creation, scheduling, analytics, and community engagement across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
Implementing strategic expertise across website project management, display advertising, job board management, email marketing, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and social media.
Maintaining expertise in content, usability, architecture, development, and design for all types of digital projects and mobile sites/apps.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 6-9 years of work experience
Proficiency with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or similar scheduling/analytics tools
Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn content creation.
Experience in reputation or community management preferred.
Strong design skills using Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
