People-centric: You lead an ambitious team of 8–10 experts focused on Social Media, Creative Design and Creative Strategy, both in terms of subject-matter leadership and line management. You are responsible for capacity planning, team organization and professional development.
Hands-on: You are the point of contact for major clients, support strategic project management for some of the most exciting consumer brands on the market, and help grow our business.
Business acumen: You monitor financial KPIs such as margin, utilization and contribution margin, and proactively identify discrepancies. With your commercial understanding you derive concrete measures for project and team management to resolve challenges.
Project management pro: You act as the structured interface between clients, internal teams and project success, creating transparency, efficiency and clarity.

You have 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in an agency, and have already led larger teams (at least 5 people).
You are familiar with the relevant financial metrics in agency operations and understand how they interrelate.
You have independently managed projects from inquiry to billing and are familiar with the key KPIs in organic and paid social.
You demonstrate strong project management experience, enjoy client-facing work and have experience in pitches.
You bring an independent, organized and responsible working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
You are comfortable advising clients in both German and English.
