Physical Therapist

Role Overview

• Evaluation and treatment of inpatients and outpatients including infants, toddlers, school age and adolescent children
• Interact with families and children of all ages in a family-centered care environment
• Supervisory responsibilities of physical therapist, occupational therapists, recreational / child life therapists, rehabilitation aides, students, and volunteers as assigned
• Provide evaluations and therapy services, education and training to meet the needs of patients
• Collaborate with medical staff and the multidisciplinary team to implement individualized plans of care
• Contribute to department development and improvement through special projects and performance improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed in state of practice
• 1 year physical therapy experience preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
