Act as the primary point of contact and singular voice for Sales, Presales (SE), Onboarding, and Account Management when dealing with large and complex clients.
Engage thoroughly in complicated sales processes, actively seeking out and identifying potential red flags.
Design innovative solutions in real-time during sales presentations, adapting to client needs.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts.
Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Requests that clearly outline business requirements.
Oversee the successful delivery of SOWs, ensuring that all components are fulfilled.
Proactively troubleshoot any design issues that may arise during development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, finance, technology, or related field.
5 + years' experience with OMS/PMS/Accounting/Analytics platforms
Deep understanding of asset classes, financial instruments, and financial regulations is essential
Experience working with PM/Trader/Ops/Accounting/Compliance teams
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Experience engaging with clients, gathering requirements, and translating them into successful product solutions.
Proven ability to manage demands of multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
