Utilize modern data intelligence platforms like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to conduct strategic, research-based outbound prospecting
Build and execute highly targeted, multi-touch outbound campaigns using predictive analytics and automation
Execute data-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies by leveraging intent data, personalization at scale, and close alignment with marketing to engage and convert high-value target accounts
Develop GTM engineering expertise by analyzing prospect data, optimizing outreach workflows, and refining engagement strategies based on AI-driven insights
Consistently generate high-quality pipeline opportunities for Account Executives by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers
Qualify and schedule meetings from inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
Leverage the BANT sales methodology to ensure high-quality sales qualification and pipeline conversion
Conduct deep discovery conversations with prospects to uncover pain points and align SightCall's value proposition
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and implement targeted account-based strategies
Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to track activities, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve outreach strategies
Assist in refining sales enablement processes by testing new AI-powered tools and providing feedback to optimize GTM execution
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or GTM-focused role
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and utilize AI-powered sales tools
Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Marketo
Familiarity with data intelligence platforms like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize processes accordingly
