Assist on selected construction sites in verifying, stratifying and justifying potential cost variances, and prepare cost trend analyses for recorded projects to be submitted to the planning and cost department by completing management spreadsheets;
Respond to contracting requests through bidding/competition boards to ensure project demand is met;
Comply with material requisition procedures;
Organize and lead a weekly procurement meeting with the supply team and the construction team to resolve contracting issues and any general questions;
Monitor the physical progress of regional construction projects and present the project's physical progress trend curve;
Participate in monthly PDA cost meetings for projects to identify potential cost-reduction targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering or Architecture.
Preferred: Experience in the Construction industry.
