Overseeing multi-pronged global initiatives (both long-term and short-term) around ergonomics, physical activity, and other health programming
Managing complex projects end-to-end, from initial strategy through implementation and post-program analysis, including issue-spotting and developing relevant internal processes and procedures
Writing and editing a wide variety of written communications
Developing engagement and promotion strategies for both attorneys and professional services staff around their health and well-being
Managing and developing teams, including direct reports as well as hundreds of volunteer team leaders and ergonomics specialists
Managing external vendors
Developing and customizing (in conjunction with relevant experts) health-related programming and trainings
Delivering stand-up presentations and trainings
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent; in lieu of a degree, a minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience may be considered
Experience in the legal or corporate well-being fields
