Assess customer health and renewal risk using digital tools, reports, and usage insights
Support customers during onboarding, product changes, and new feature adoption
Provide customers with guidance that aligns with their workflows and intended use cases
Support customers in getting the most value from their Autodesk solutions
Recognize friction points or gaps in usage and recommend next steps
Document customer engagement, actions, and opportunities thoroughly in Salesforce
Work with internal teams to deliver cohesive guidance and ensure aligned execution on customer objectives

Fluent in English
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
AEC software knowledge and/or relevant AEC industry experience
2-4 years in Adoption, Renewals, Inside Sales, Technical Support or similar customer-facing roles
Passion for technology with strong technical aptitude
Experience managing a high-volume account portfolio within structured processes
Ability to handle escalated customer situations
Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills
