You design organic creative campaigns for social media channels (video editing & static assets) for some of the most exciting and fast-growing brands on the market
You take on creative copywriting for organic creative campaigns
With your experience you handle visual language, video editing & on-set/shoot support
As a team you work on visual research and creative idea development for client campaigns
You create compelling storytelling in designs and pitch presentations
You are fully responsible for evolving designs based on performance-driven results

You have 2–5 years of professional experience in social media content creation & design, ideally in an agency environment
You have strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere Pro, Photoshop & After Effects)
You’re the trend scout among your friends, always sharing the latest Reels and trends on Instagram & TikTok
You have experience working with organic social content and understand its requirements and trends
You bring an independent, responsible working style with a strong hands-on mentality
A plus: on-set/shooting experience
Very good German (C1) & good English (B2) skills, both written and spoken
