Design visually compelling, conversion-focused ad creatives across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, display networks, and other digital advertising channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, messaging, and target audience demographics.
Analyze ad performance metrics and engagement data to identify opportunities for creative optimization.
Support video editors by creating design assets and graphics used in video ads.
Design and review marketing emails in collaboration with the Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) team.
Assist with organizing and managing email files and assets within Iterable.
Support the LCM team with email-related design requests.
Produce static ad creatives and variations for ongoing marketing campaigns (typically 4–5 requests per week).
Design social media graphics and assets when additional support is needed.
Occasionally assist with print materials for campaigns or merchandise launches.
Maintain organized design files and asset libraries to support team collaboration and efficiency.
Requirements
3+ years of experience designing ad creatives for digital advertising campaigns, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, and creative best practices.
Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple creative requests simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
