Support the delivery and day‑to‑day management of the Mitie IFM contract across multiple UK sites.
Act as a key interface between Thales, Mitie and subcontractors to ensure smooth, high‑quality service delivery.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs and performance data, driving corrective actions and service improvements.
Support operational plans, contract reviews, audits and site meetings, ensuring actions are tracked to completion.
Oversee delivery of core FM services including maintenance, cleaning, security, waste and catering.
Assist with budget tracking, invoice reviews and monthly reporting.
Manage service escalations and support root‑cause analysis and preventative actions.

Experience in Facilities Management or Real Estate operations, ideally within an IFM or contract‑managed environment.
Knowledge of Hard FM (maintenance, engineering, building fabric) and Soft FM (cleaning, catering, waste, reception).
Understanding of manned guarding and site security operations.
Experience supporting contract performance, KPIs and SLAs.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across clients, suppliers and internal teams.
Ability to analyse performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
Knowledge of procurement, budgeting and FM financial processes.
Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FM systems.
