Drive implementation and coordinate projects involving medical policy transformation using multiple new systems.
Manage the increasing number and proliferating complexity of medical policy formats and versions using new tools.
Be the link between appropriate clinical policy content and the technical manifestation of digital policies for use access, ensuring version integrity on all platforms.
Manage FEP policy incorporation and code management in Coding and Medical Policy System (CAMPS) and export code list reports.
Partner with Payment Integrity and external vendors to manage Routine Test Management policy versions.
Partner with IT, other departments, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and ongoing business and system support.
Ensure business requirements are met.
Maintain system training materials.
Monitor and report on system testing.
Generate and maintain reports on transformation activities, as needed.
Investigate system problems, process flow concerns, and new enhancements.
Provide recommendations for improvement based on system knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years’ work experience. (Required)
Two (2) years’ analytical experience in a technical or business environment, which includes:
One (1) year performing business analysis functions (gathering business requirements, documenting process/data flows, or performing gap analyses). (Required)
