Finance Ops – Management Control

Role Overview

• Implement simple, reliable and actionable financial management for the group
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of cash
• Produce useful management reporting
• Introduce financial discipline across the organization
• Serve as the link between operations, finance and accounting

Requirements

• Mid-to-senior level
• Strong execution skills; hands-on
• Able to build, clean, validate and maintain financial figures and data
• Excellent proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong skills in building dashboards
• Deep knowledge of PO / invoice / payment reconciliation
• Proficient in cash forecasting
• Good understanding of VAT, close processes and accounting principles
• Experience in management control, finance operations, Head of Finance/Finance Manager roles focused on business steering, or in SME/startup/e-commerce environments
• Ability to work across multiple business units with different operating logics
