About this role
Role Overview
Monitor and manage inbound customer emails
Screen, categorise, and prioritise enquiries for efficient handling
Respond to customer queries in a professional, timely, and brand-aligned manner
Build and maintain accurate customer profiles within CRM systems
Capture key customer information to support personalised engagement
Segment and categorise customers for improved service and targeting
Prepare and send standardised / templated quotes based on predefined pricing structures
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all customer communications
Liaise internally for any non-standard requests
Coordinate appointments, calls, and follow-ups
Manage calendars and booking systems
Requirements
2+ years experience in administration, customer service, or customer success roles
Strong written English communication (email-first environment)
High attention to detail and process-driven mindset
Experience with CRM systems and email management tools
