Role Overview
Help clients transform their customer-facing operations through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
Combine deep industry specialization with technology expertise to deliver real value
Optimize business processes, improve customer experiences, and enable scalable technology solutions
Deliver high-impact CRM implementations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MCA, MIS, Information Systems or engineering fields, or equivalent experience
7 – 10+ years of relevant experience
Experience with Dynamics CRM / Dataverse Product Modules (Sales/Marketing/Customer Service)
Understanding of object-orient programming (OOP) and Design Patterns
2+ years of experience with C#, HTML, CSS, JS/jQuery
Experience with CRM Plugins / Workflows / Actions concepts
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and / or Power BI reporting concepts
Understanding of CRM Solution Management concepts
Understanding of Security Management Concepts
Experience of JavaScript framework such as Type Script, React, Angular, or similar, a plus
Experience with data migration (SSIS packages using Kingsway, out of the box wizard, or console)
Experience working with Power Automates (MS Flow)
Experience working with MS Portal/Power Portal/Power Pages
Familiarity with building SaaS solutions using Azure services
