Support the placement of risks in the insurance market by preparing all necessary documentation about the risk to be placed (information about the client, the desired type of coverage and the risk conditions), in order to obtain the best possible terms for the coverage of insurable and/or non-insurable benefits.
Participate in market studies by obtaining proposals from different insurers to understand the coverages, terms and costs offered, in order to perform comparative analyses between the collected proposals and the client company's current insurance.
Support the development of the provider network by presenting coverage regions and available service providers so the client can evaluate whether switching benefit plans is more advantageous.
Assist in presenting insurance options to the client by explaining the differences between proposals, the advantages and disadvantages of each, and recommending the best choice based on the analysis performed, in order to determine the best option in terms of cost-effectiveness and suitability to the client's needs.
Interact with the insurance market through contact with insurers to seek the best terms, in order to present advantageous options to corporate clients and ensure that our offering stands out against the competition.
Support the implementation of insurable and/or non-insurable benefits contracts (implementation and/or assignment) by executing all necessary steps for integration and rollout, to ensure that all processes occur accurately and appropriately.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of data and information by analyzing, checking and comparing documents and registration information, in order to identify and correct any inconsistencies.
Validate documents by verifying the compliance of the commercial proposal and beneficiary documents to ensure the effective validity and coverage of the contract (Health, Dental and Life), as well as compliance with business requirements.
Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area, whenever necessary, through training, professional qualification and guidance from the immediate supervisor, in order to ensure continuous professional development as a learning opportunity and in accordance with the needs of the area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance or related fields;
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
Knowledge of benefit plans and commercial terms;
Experience in studies of insurable and non-insurable benefits;
Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, strong verbal and written communication skills, resilience, organization and teamwork.
