Role Overview
- Leads the development of company or business unit digital engineering supplier strategies
- Provides technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programs
- In partnership with supply chain, lead strategic digital engineering supply chain activities to support suppliers and programs
- Leads digital engineering strategic supplier assessment process for digital engineering
- Develop Design Practices and lead Technical Design Reviews involving elevated risk of digital engineering supply chain decisions
- Develop and manage supplier readiness criteria for digital engineering utilization
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 10+ years of work experience in an engineering position (design, analysis, product support, etc.)
- 5+ experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements
- 5+ years experience developing cross functional processes, creating and managing engineering deliverables (i.e. Engineering / Manufacturing, Engineering / Supply Chain, Engineering / Program Management, Engineering / Quality, etc.)
- 5+ years experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configuration Management systems, Change Management, and PLM Processes and Tools
