Role Overview

• Analysis and Diagnostics: Perform continuous diagnostics to identify opportunities to improve our network coverage, generating innovative insights for new projects that expand our presence.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor the market and competitors, providing strategic insights that consolidate our leadership in a competitive and fast-changing environment.
• Project Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional projects from start to finish, driving network capacity and expansion strategies that strengthen our market differentiation.
• KPI Management: Oversee key performance indicators, proposing initiatives that lead to continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Contribute to the area's budget management, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
• Research and Methodology: Explore and implement new investment prioritization models based on indicators aligned with the company's strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Higher education)
• Proactivity and contagious energy
• Exceptional presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Expertise in data analysis to support strategic decisions
• Strong results orientation and effective time-management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies
• A completed university degree is desirable, but passion and industry knowledge are essential!
