Role Overview
- Support the Chief of Staff in managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, task tracking, and coordination across teams.
- Assist with project management by organizing timelines, following up on deliverables, and keeping priorities on track.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation that support leadership decision-making.
- Serve as a communication bridge between departments, helping streamline workflows and improve how we work together.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing the details.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment
- Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools; exposure to AI tools is a plus.
