Responsible for a judicial caseload in real estate and civil matters.
Drafting all case documents and filings for the portfolio;
Negotiating and executing settlements;
Updating the firm's and the client's case management systems;
Monitoring case progress and procedural developments;
Other routine tasks related to the portfolio.
Requirements
Active OAB/SP (São Paulo Bar Association) registration;
Law degree (completed); postgraduate degree in the field preferred;
Knowledge of Consumer Law and Civil Law;
Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
Strong writing skills and analytical reasoning are essential;
Ability to work well in a team;
Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent demands;
Oral and written communication skills;
Regular and reliable attendance.
