Responsible for a judicial caseload in consumer and civil matters;
Drafting all pleadings and filings for the caseload;
Negotiating and executing settlements;
Updating the law firm and client systems;
Monitoring case progress and court deadlines;
Performing other routine caseload activities.
Requirements
Active OAB/SP registration;
Law degree (undergraduate); postgraduate studies in the area of practice preferred;
Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential;
Able to work well in a team;
Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
Ability to manage large volumes of work and urgent demands;
Oral and written communication skills;
Regular attendance and punctuality.
