Partner Attorney – Consumer Law

Role Overview

• Responsible for a judicial caseload in consumer and civil matters;
• Drafting all pleadings and filings for the caseload;
• Negotiating and executing settlements;
• Updating the law firm and client systems;
• Monitoring case progress and court deadlines;
• Performing other routine caseload activities.

Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration;
• Law degree (undergraduate); postgraduate studies in the area of practice preferred;
• Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
• Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
• Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential;
• Able to work well in a team;
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
• Ability to manage large volumes of work and urgent demands;
• Oral and written communication skills;
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
