You take responsibility for implementing our global multi-brand strategy, further developing the Sales & Service organization, and optimizing key central processes
You consolidate requirements from the sales regions, align them with the process streams, and coordinate approvals with management
As PMO you drive international strategic transformation projects with clear focus, prepare decision papers, and implement concrete improvements hands-on
You are the central contact person for our Business Units: you promote collaboration among all stakeholders and ensure clear, results-oriented communication
You continuously develop tools and methods and support the management of the strategic project portfolio, especially in relation to budget and resource constraints
Requirements
You have completed a business-related degree and bring several years of solid professional experience in project or Lean management within an agile environment
Analytical strength, a structured way of working and a keen sense for identifying optimization potential in complex structures distinguish you
You are familiar with common consulting approaches, have an agile mindset and are confident in delivering demanding projects
You work independently, solution-oriented and communicate persuasively in German and English, including at management level
