Lead end‑to‑end RFx processes for low‑ and mid‑complexity spend, including RFx design, supplier evaluation, and negotiation
Support development of category and mini‑category strategies, including consolidation, supplier rationalization, and cost‑efficiency opportunities
Run intake and renewals pipeline, ensuring 90/60/30‑day visibility and timely actions
Drive competitive tension across relevant categories and support supplier reviews
Own day‑to‑day supplier relationships across short‑tail and mid‑value spend
Track SLAs, KPIs, and service performance; drive corrective actions and improvements
Monitor supply market trends and feed insights into category strategies
Lead renewal negotiations and restructure contracts to enhance value and reduce risk
Review standard contract terms and coordinate with Legal on higher‑risk agreements.
Ensure full adherence to procurement governance, thresholds, and due‑diligence
Maintain accurate supplier and contract metadata across systems
Build comparison models and support savings, cost‑avoidance, and value reporting
Track budgets, forecast impacts, and ensure commercial recommendations are data‑driven
Build and maintain dashboards tracking cycle times, renewals, spend, savings, and compliance
Improve sourcing templates, evaluation frameworks, checklists, and intake processes
Requirements
Proven experience managing end‑to‑end procurement processes, with strong commercial judgement and a clear risk and compliance mindset
3+ years’ experience in procurement, vendor management, category management or contract administration, ideally in a global or multi‑office environment
Strong experience running RFQ and RFP processes, managing renewals and negotiating commercial contracts
Strategic thinking and category awareness, supported by solid financial acumen and a results‑focused approach
Good understanding of contract terms, including renewal mechanisms, liability, data protection, termination and exclusivity
Strong analytical and data skills, with experience using Excel or Sheets, Power BI or similar BI tools to build insights, reporting and commercial models
Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders and suppliers
Ability to manage competing priorities in a high‑volume environment, working with minimal supervision
Leadership, ownership and accountability, with a consistent focus on delivering measurable outcomes
CIPS Level 4 Diploma would be beneficial but not a must-have
