Responsible for analyzing, executing, and guiding activities related to Performance Management of Motiva's metro-rail operations in Brazil, ensuring the fulfillment of the area's process requirements.
Responsible for the deployment and monitoring of Strategic Planning, KPIs, OKRs, and management rituals. Responsible for managing a portfolio of Continuous Improvement Projects aimed at identifying opportunities that increase process efficiency and reduce costs.
Responsible for benchmarking Motiva's metro-rail operations against other metro-rail operations in Brazil and worldwide.
Implement management strategies for the operation, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
Analyze and optimize operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.
Monitor operational performance using key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and BI tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information to support strategic decision-making.
Participate in the management of continuous improvement projects, contributing ideas and solutions to increase operational efficiency.
Assist in crisis management and the resolution of complex problems using critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Support Engineering in benchmarking routines by collecting and comparing metro-rail operational data in Brazil and worldwide to identify best practices and capture efficiency opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI.
Knowledge of cost management and budgeting.
Certifications are a plus.
Strong data analysis skills.
Knowledge of statistics, programming, and/or experience with AI agents is a plus.
Application of management models and Lean methodologies; certifications are a plus.
Experience applying Agile methodologies; certifications are a plus.
