Manage promotional calendar and seasonal campaigns
Support the sales team with strategies and sales enablement materials
Monitor competitors and identify market opportunities
Manage suppliers and partners (agencies, materials production, etc.)
Ensure execution of strategies with franchisees/points of sale
Prepare reports and results presentations
Serve as the focal point for manufacturers/industry partners in trade negotiations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields
Previous experience in trade marketing, merchandising, or commercial areas, with hands-on experience in point-of-sale activities and interfacing with sales teams
Knowledge of performance indicator management (KPIs), result monitoring, and critical data analysis to support decision-making
Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate to advanced level, with strong Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, analyses) and PowerPoint (creating executive presentations)
