About this role
Role Overview
Fully understand Construmarket’s portfolio of products and services;
Proactively and reactively contact customers and prospective customers to open new projects;
Identify client problems and needs to map opportunities, and propose effective solutions that demonstrate operational gains such as cost reduction and productivity improvements;
Plan optimized and productive visit schedules to all customers assigned to you;
Maintain relationships and provide differentiated service using WhatsApp, phone, email, videoconferences, and in-person visits;
Prepare Action Plans for follow-up and monitoring of negotiations and identified opportunities, driving progress toward closing deals;
Act as the interface between the client and Construmarket departments during negotiation and closing phases, requiring organizational skills to manage Action Plan demands;
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for products and services;
Qualify potential customers by understanding the project, budget, influencers, decision-makers, project criticality, roadmap priority, competitors, deadlines, and purchasing process to ensure progression within the sales pipeline;
Update negotiations, scores, and important feedback for each opportunity in the CRM;
Prepare periodic reports on the status of each opportunity;
Generate new business opportunities within the markets or clients under your responsibility to meet sales targets and objectives;
Become an expert in the business and operation of the product you represent so you can communicate with customers in their language and understand problems holistically, proposing effective value-added solutions.
Requirements
Experience in commercial/sales roles (direct sales); experience selling SaaS platforms is a plus;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, ERPs, CRMs, and prospecting tools;
Strong command of consultative selling techniques, focused on identifying needs, articulating value, and closing deals.
Differentials:

Experience in the construction industry;
Degree in Engineering or related fields.
