Own and continuously improve the policy and procedure governance framework.
Analyze existing policies to identify gaps and opportunities to streamline.
Oversee & manage assigned projects from planning through execution.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise.
Advise stakeholders on industry-leading approaches for managing organizational change, with an emphasis on maintaining regulatory compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Public Policy, Risk Management, Compliance, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
7+ years of experience in compliance, governance, or related operational transformation roles.
Strong understanding of project management frameworks.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and policy development processes.
Experience with document management systems and compliance tracking tools.
Demonstrated expertise in risk management methodologies and frameworks.
PMP preferred.
