Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple Scrum teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
Coach and mentor Scrum teams, ensuring that they understand and follow Agile methodologies
Remove impediments and resolve conflicts that hinder team productivity and progress
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that the team’s backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and reflects customer needs
Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics and performance indicators
Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within and across teams
Provide guidance and support for scaling Agile practices across the organization
Promote an environment of innovation and experimentation

8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is required
Advanced certifications (A-CSM, PSM II) are a plus
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and across various levels of the organization
Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Rally, Jira, Confluence, or similar
