Assist Scrum Masters in planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Monitor and report on team progress, helping to identify and remove impediments.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team.
Maintain and update project documentation, including sprint backlogs and task boards.
Support the team in achieving a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects.

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is an asset.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
