Assist in the installation, configuration, and initial testing of physical security applications and hardware
Support basic system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting under guidance
Conduct routine inspections, updates, and backups following established procedures
Follow all security policies and procedures meticulously, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
Keep detailed, accurate records of system changes and support activities
Work on tickets (resolve routine issues, escalate complex ones, and create new tickets for vendors, partners, or internal teams)

2 years of experience in IT or Physical Security systems (PSIM, Access Control, CCTV, or similar)
Some exposure to Physical Security systems (PSIM, Access Control, CCTV, or similar) is a plus
Basic knowledge of networks, virtualization, and scripting or automation methods
Some exposure to scripting, automation, and basic networking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
