Produce and commission automation projects for pharmaceutical equipment\n
Develop Siemens PLC and HMI Software\n
Develop/Modify PLC Programming and coding SCL language and Ladder with Boolean functions\n
Develop/Modify VB Scripting and SQL Scripting\n
Develop reporting functions in Visual Studio\n
Independently develop and test the PLC and HMI software\n
Develop and review Functional design specifications\n
Workshop coordination during machine assembly and testing\n
On-site commissioning of pharma machines and operational qualification in front of customers\n
Resolve technical issues as necessary

Engineering Graduate (Electrical, Instrumentation & control/Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/Mechatronics Engineering)\n
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience as Automation and controls engineer\n
Knowledge of 21 CFR part 11 , ISA 88 and GAMP5 standards\n
Knowledge of VFDs, like Danfoss, ABB etc. & Control panel electrical design\n
Hands-on experience in Designing the Software from Scratch\n
Knowledge of C++ & C Sharp will be an added advantage\n
Knowledge of Rockwell Software Automation platform and programming will be an added advantage\n
Excellent interpersonal & communications skills\n
Ability to work safely in industrial environments\n
Creative & Initiative skills for value addition\n
Possess working knowledge of MS office products & SAP\n
Customer co-ordination and troubleshooting skills
