Provide expert advice and to actively support the business on R&A matters by conducting regular site visits.
Identify risk & support Operational teams implementing control measures whilst promoting best practice.
Ensure that all improvement projects are implemented at site level.
Monitor the performance of your sites and escalate any concerns to Senior Advisor and/or manager.
Promote good practice across the team and recommend improvements to the standards
Support R&A Team with communication on good practice and lessons learnt.

Previous experience in a Safety Advisor Role ideally in the Facilities Management Sector.
NEBOSH General Certificate.
Internal Auditor Training.
Motivated to be actively part of the improvement programme and implementation of this within operational sites.
Strong hazard perception skills.
