Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based enterprise applications
Utilize Apache Struts framework and EclipseLink (JPA) for application development
Support and maintain applications deployed on Oracle WebLogic Server
Perform and remediate Fortify static code scans, ensuring adherence to security standards
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development and production environments
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver effective solutions
Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a variety of project-related tasks as needed
Assist with documentation, testing, and deployment activities
Support tasks outside of core development responsibilities to ensure overall project success

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information science, or software engineering
Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in Java (J2EE/Java EE)
Hands-on experience with Apache Struts, EclipseLink (JPA), Oracle WebLogic Server, Fortify (static code analysis and remediation)
Experience working within enterprise or legacy system environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
Must be a U.S. citizen and undergo a background check for Public Trust
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
