You are responsible for developing operational measures to achieve objectives with trade partners.
You have direct revenue responsibility for the agreed targets with trade partners, as well as reporting and controlling for equipment and materials for the distributor accounts assigned to you.
You ensure the qualification and development of the distributor staff in sales and technical areas.
You provide consultation to trade partners regarding the entire product portfolio and related cross-selling processes.
You are responsible for planning and conducting sales events as part of marketing initiatives, as well as product presentations.
You participate in regional and national trade fairs, congresses, open days, clinical events, and dentist days.
You provide support to trade partners during sales processes, both technically and on commercial matters related to capital goods (cost calculations, quotations, depreciation).
You act as a product specialist for treatment units and coordinate all equipment-related activities with end customers together with our trade partners.
Requirements
You have a commercial/business education and a very good understanding of technology/IT.
You have several years of sales experience with a focus on technically complex capital goods with price points over €30,000.
You have a proven track record in successful sales (industry experience in dental preferred).
Your assertiveness and strong communication skills, as well as a confident, persuasive manner in one-on-one meetings and presentations, help you win customers.
You have good MS Office skills and a quick aptitude for learning technical matters.
In addition to a Class B driver's license, you are willing to travel extensively (approx. 60% travel, >90 overnight stays per year).
You have fluent German skills and good English skills (spoken and written).
