5+ years in influencer marketing or related roles in the UK at a high-growth brand or agency.
Proven ability to run campaigns end-to-end and deliver measurable impact across platforms.
Existing network of creators, agents, and agencies in the UK across YouTube, TikTok and Meta channels.
Strong negotiation and communication skills: you can close deals and keep partners inspired.
Native-level English, with a deep pulse on UK culture, trends, and digital communities.
