ActBlue is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating cutting-edge technology that fuels Democratic victories and enables progressive causes to thrive. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will serve as the department's product expert, leading product marketing strategy and executing go-to-market initiatives to enhance product understanding and usage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead naming and positioning for new products and drive collaboration with the Product team on existing product updates and promotion
- Plan and execute product launches, including messaging, timing, budgets, cross-functional coordination, and launch calendar management
- Partner with the Research & Insights team to leverage customer research and market insights to inform product strategy, positioning, go-to-market planning, and strategies to increase product usage
- Monitor competitors and identify market opportunities to inform product positioning and differentiation
- Develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, and competitive positioning frameworks; partner with the Product team to train account management teams on product messaging and differentiation
- Collaborate with content and creative partners to develop marketing materials and build customer advocacy programs, including case studies and testimonials that demonstrate campaign success
- Serve as the go-to product expert on features, pricing, and positioning for the Communications, External Affairs, and Marketing department, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, Training, Data, and Legal teams to ensure aligned messaging
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and supervise junior team members as the function expands

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing with significant product marketing expertise
- Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market execution
- Excellent written and oral communications with the ability to translate complex product features into compelling market messaging
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional project management skills
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Experience with marketing automation tools and campaign measurement
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Experience, Communications, Data, and Legal teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, account management, customer support, data analysts, and legal professionals
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments
- Background in competitive analysis and market intelligence
- Familiarity with marketing attribution and revenue operations
- Experience with content management systems and collaboration tools
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
