Role Overview
- Supervise, plan, and set objectives for assigned Account Executives and Account Managers
- Monitor and assess individual performance against key performance indicators
- Develop and implement sales procedures
- Monitor performance metrics to assess performance against key performance indicators
- Coordinate required training
- Grow profit and penetration of all accounts managed
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred
- Minimum of five years of sales and distribution experience required
- Experience in restaurant operations is desirable
- Experience using quantitative & qualitative research data
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving ability and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required
