Role Overview
- Oversee all aspects of fleet maintenance.
- Ensure proper working condition of vehicles and perform maintenance.
- Manage purchasing, warranties, and capital improvement requests.
- Lead safety and compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations.
- Interview, hire and train fleet technicians.
- Produce weekly, period and yearly reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of fleet equipment experience.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and organization skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Valid state Driver’s license required.
