Analyze business, present to key decision makers, and provide business solutions
Conduct training for store associates and sell to end users while servicing retail partners
Aid in team development and provide tools for growth
Support corporate marketing initiatives and ensure implementation at store level
Manage team of Retail Territory Managers and drive top-line sales to meet goals
Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies and communicate sales opportunities
Analyze POS by store and promotional performance to develop individualized sales plans
Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure proper inventory for promotional activities
Drive execution strategy based on trends and maintain compliance with retailers' Plan-o-gram
Execute national event activations and drive local territory activations
Partner with retail service partners and engage in monthly district meetings

3-5 years in a retail territory sales role
Must be willing to travel regionally, work occasional weekends (8-10 annually)
Pass MVR check; valid driver’s license
Pass drug and criminal background checks
Physical labor will be required in the handling, training, and demonstration of our products
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel computer skills)
