Senior Category Sourcing Manager

Role Overview

• Lead Supplier Performance and Relationships.
• Own procurement process for designated areas and accounts.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet business needs.
• Support budgeting and cash flow management.
• Handle cost saving initiatives and metric.
• Implement cost savings and process improvement programs.
• Support site audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or related field in semiconductor industry.
• Proven strength in complex problem‑solving.
• Experience in external-facing roles, advocating for Micron's interests while maintaining confidentiality and managing supplier expectations.
• Prior experience working in a semiconductor environment (preferred).
• 7 years of experience sourcing in a semiconductor industry (preferred).
• Experience working in a customer success or supply management role (preferred).
