About this role
Role Overview
- Travel to TSI customer sites to install, calibration, repair, and perform annual maintenance on TSI products.
- Provide in-person technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
- Support remote and onsite troubleshooting of customer hardware and software issues.
- Conduct customer training on the operation and maintenance of TSI equipment & software.
- Complete detailed trip reports and submit accurate labor and expense reimbursements.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a technical discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant technical or field service experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport and travel internationally as required.
