Role Overview
- Provide telephonic and chat support by conducting comprehensive clinical intakes and referring clients to appropriate resources
- Conduct client assessments and apply coaching methodologies
- Educate clients regarding available resources and services
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for continuity of care
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field
- Eligibility for professional practice and/or registration in the country of residence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information systems
- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
- Recognized health or wellness coaching credentials preferred
