Build strong partnerships with specialized HR teams and Centers of Excellence.
Provide coaching, support and guidance to more junior HR team members.
Conduct compliance reviews, including analysis of labour legislation.
Make recommendations and support managers in implementing HR requirements.
Work closely with the Health and Safety team to ensure legal compliance.
Manage CNESST files in collaboration with the HR Coordinator.
Lead or support the implementation of local and global HR programs.
Deliver day-to-day HR support, coaching for managers, and strategic support to assigned business units.
Participate in organizational transformation initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards and analyses to support decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources in a generalist role or a combined generalist/specialist role, or equivalent experience.
Excellent knowledge of Quebec labour/employment laws.
Strong coaching and employee support skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Excellent problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HR systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, managers and clients.
Bilingual in French and English required.
