Role Overview
- Deliver projects in accordance with Air bp’s central processes
- Manage safe, on-time and on-budget delivery of engineering projects
- Lead projects through Management of Change and Capital Value Process
- Act as main project liaison and drive the Capital Value Process
- Monitor ongoing project works and deliver in line with CAPEX and REVEX plans
- Prepare project budget estimates and monitor CAPEX flow
- Ensure project teams use relevant lessons learned from other projects
- Lead resources to ensure successful completion of multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate planned construction activities with affected site managers
- Participate in HSSE training and assist in resolving health and safety issues
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant technical field
- Experience in control of construction projects
- Ability to build positive working relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent knowledge and application of project management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good PC/IT skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for extended periods
