Own the day-to-day coordination of campaigns from initial brief through to execution and post-campaign wrap.
Translate campaign briefs into clear timelines, deliverables, and actionable tasks for all stakeholders.
Take a hands-on role in the preparation, coordination, and delivery of campaign collateral across all channels.
Ensure all campaign assets (digital, social, broadcast, and promotional) are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
Build and manage detailed project timelines, including key milestones, approvals, and dependencies.
Assist in tracking campaign budgets, ensuring spend aligns with approved forecasts.

2+ years’ experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or creative production, ideally within an agency, however, not essential.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident communicator who can work across multiple teams.
Experience or interest in sports, wagering, or entertainment (a bonus, not essential).
