Regional Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

• Responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region
• Reports to the Director of Marketing
• Conducting site visits, weekly and quarterly reporting
• Walk communities, develop new processes, and work leads

Requirements

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required
• Must have a minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living
• Must be comfortable coaching sales teams and reinforcing the sales process
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion)
• Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships required
• Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals
• Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required
• Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
