Lead and execute the operational strategy for voucher processing programs, ensuring vouchers are processed accurately and within program timelines.
Supervise and support Voucher Processing Managers and their teams, providing guidance on workload management, performance expectations, and staff development.
Monitor workflow, queue health, and production metrics to maintain processing targets and identify operational bottlenecks.
Collaborate with internal teams including policy, technology, data, and finance to resolve issues, improve systems, and ensure program compliance.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, enhance team efficiency, and support the long-term scalability of voucher processing programs.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or compliance-driven environments.
Demonstrated experience managing teams and overseeing program performance or operational workflows.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders.
Experience working with CRM systems or operational workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Monday.com).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced operational environment.
