Make a high volume of outbound phone calls to consumers who submitted a web form for information
Schedule in-home sales visits for the Sales Closer
Occasionally receive inbound phone calls for the same purpose
Follow a systematized sales process designed to convert leads into in-home sales opportunities
Listen and understand the consumer’s needs, ask probing questions, and overcome objections
Ensure quality assurance throughout the lead-setting process
Collaborate with others and understand geography and lead-setting skills

Experience working in a modern contact center is a must
Proven track record of success in selling over the phone
Consultative sales or lead-generation experience
Exhibits superior technical skills
Ability to task switch between omni channel contact center software, a CRM, mapping tools, and Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong grammar, spelling, and written skills
Strong understanding of North American geography
Comfortable with coaching in an individual or team setting
Ability to multi-task across multiple software platforms
